TicketBuddy was born from the technical challenge of handling high-precision timing within a browser environment. As ticketing platforms evolve to handle massive traffic, the difference between success and failure often comes down to sub-second synchronization. We are a dedicated team of engineers focused on democratizing high-precision measurement tools for everyday users.
To demystify ticketing synchronization and provide transparency in digital queueing systems. We believe every user deserves a fair and transparent chance at attending the events they love, powered by accurate data rather than guesswork.
Unlike standard system clocks that can drift by several seconds, TicketBuddy utilizes NTP (Network Time Protocol) synchronization via custom low-latency API bridges. By measuring the Round-Trip Time (RTT) of network packets and compensating for browser main-thread execution lag, we provide a timing reference accurate to within 1-10 milliseconds of the target server time.
Our architecture is designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach. All performance analytics, click records, and custom settings are processed and stored exclusively within the user's local browser environment (LocalStorage). No personal behavioral data is transmitted to our central infrastructure, ensuring a secure and private experience.
