TicketBuddy does not guarantee ticket purchase success. We provide timing synchronization tools, but final results depend on many factors including platform performance and network stability.

3. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Technology

TicketBuddy incorporates proprietary synchronization algorithms, including rollover detection and precision offset calculations, which are the exclusive property of TicketBuddy. All visual designs, including the 'Victory Clock' interface, F1-style leaderboards, and the 'Zero Streak Challenge' logic, are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or derivative use of these unique functional and aesthetic elements is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

You are strictly prohibited from:

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our synchronization engine.
Using automated systems or software to scrape, data mine, or harvest data from this site for competitive purposes.
Creating clones or derivative works that replicate the core logic and user experience of TicketBuddy.
Using TicketBuddy for any illegal activities or to violate the terms of service of ticketing platforms.
